Our last book club meeting was about the book “Hello Beautiful” by Ann Napolitano. It is a sad story of a family that kept secrets from each other and faced tragedy and loss. It takes the death of beloved Sylvie to bring the family together again, both physically and emotionally. We all agreed that we did not enjoy reading this book.
Our next Book Club meeting will be on Sunday April 28 at 12:30 in the TBT library. The book is “The View From Penthouse B” by Elinor Lipman. It is a sister story about love, loneliness, and new life in middle age. It promises to be deeply witty. We all look forward to reading it and laughing out loud.
Feel free to bring lunch or a snack.

I look forward to seeing you on April 28th.
